Our lead assessor is on the “Advanced Level” tier, this is the highest available.
Foundation Level (Low Risk)
Ideal for simple, low-risk environments (e.g. small offices, small retail shops)
Intermeditate Level (Medium Risk)
For more complex premises such as larger retail units, industrial workshops, or warehouses
Advanced Level (High Risk)
For highly complex or high-risk environments (e.g. buildings with sleeping accommodation, care homes, large factories or mixed-use high-rise sites)

By selecting a third-party accredited assessor, the Responsible Person or Managing Agent can demonstrate that they have satisfied their due diligence when appointing a fire risk assessor.
